- Coverage begins from your original purchase date

- Accident, mishandling, or transport
- Improper use or maintenance
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Deterioration from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions

- We may require return of the item for assessment
- Allow 5-7 business days for claim evaluation
- Approved claims will result in repair, replacement, or store credit
Returns
30-Day Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be:
- In original condition
- Unused/unworn
- In original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
